2007 Summer Concert Series
At the Green Valley Ranch Amphitheater
Oakwood Homes presents its Summer Concert Series at the
Green Valley Ranch Amphitheater located at 4890 Argonne
Way. Bring your family and a picnic dinner, or purchase
your food and drinks at the show.
All shows are on Wednesdays, 7-8:30 p.m. (except July 4
-- see below)

N The Dream
Chase N The Dream combines R & B, funk and
variety dance that will have you dancing the entire
night away, guaranteed!

Tropical
Coyotes
The Tropical Coyotes are an exciting and unique
six-piece band playing variety dance music including
pop, rock, blues, R&B, Calypso and reggae. Their
special Island Party features lots of Jimmy Buffet
and other Island friendly music, along with limbo
contests, conga lines and driving percussion.

Me & Julio
Quartet
Me and Julio are a blend of traditional acoustic
instrumentation with new musical ideas. Julio Garcia
and John Stone, with almost 50 years of experience
between them, have joined artistically to give the
Cuban Son style of music a new face in what they
call Latin Fusion. It’s their own blend of
Cuban Son, salsa and Trova with American jazz, rock
and Spanish flamenco. With tight harmonies and lush
melodies, these musicians are pleasant, engaging
and refreshing.

Mojomama
The music of Mojomama combines funk, rock,
and soul influences from Aretha Franklin to James
Brown to create their hip-shaking sound. Mojomama
is fueled by the powerful vocals of Jessica Rowand,
making this band's sound stand out from the rest.
The Mojomama rhythm section throws down the funkiest
of grooves while adding some amazing guitar riffs.
An electrifying performance by Mojomama brings excitement
to every occasion. |

Young Band
The Lionel Young Band focuses its energy on blues,
R&B, salsa, jazz, fusion, rock, bluegrass and
reggae.

Farmers Market Every Sunday!
Purchase fresh local produce and specialty items on Sundays
between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. at the Green Valley Ranch plaza
in front of the rec center! The Market will only be open June
10 - September 30, so don’t miss out!
Concerts are open to the public and subject to rescheduling
in the event of bad weather. Free parking is available. Pets
are not permitted on the grounds.
