Client Objectives

Celebrate the company’s eleventh successful year in Colorado by dedicating its new headquarters building in a memorable celebration for company executives, employees, the Governor of Colorado, other dignitaries and invited guests.

Skyline Concept-to-Completion Services

• Created written event sequence following the client’s script.
• Designed and managed the site.
• Installed long simple banners between each of the building’s columns using company logo colors.
• Installed giant white balloons behind the banners that were released on tethers to create a special effect during the dedication ceremony.
• Installed fabric installation of the corporate colors on all the banisters
• Erected a stage for the speakers and guest seating on platforms on the staircase leading to the building entrance.
• Supervised event installation and strike.

Client considered this the best event done for the company in its 11-year history!
